We use your information to: provide and operate our platform (BloodSphere), match blood donors with recipients, send emergency donation alerts (with your consent), send service updates and health camp notifications, and improve our platform through anonymised analytics.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on encrypted servers located in India, compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023. We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share your information with: hospitals and blood banks when you submit an emergency request, corporate HR teams if you are part of a wellness program, regulatory authorities (NBTC, FDCA) for compliance reporting. We never sell your data to advertisers.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can withdraw consent for marketing communications, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
