By accessing or using Omnexa HealthTech services, including BloodSphere, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. Organisations must be legally registered entities. Blood donors must meet medical eligibility criteria as defined by the National Blood Transfusion Council (NBTC).
3. Platform Usage
You agree to: provide accurate and truthful information, use the platform only for lawful healthcare coordination purposes, not misuse emergency features (false requests are strictly prohibited), and comply with all applicable Indian laws and NBTC regulations.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Omnexa HealthTech is a coordination platform, not a medical service provider. We do not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals. Emergency blood requests must be validated by a licensed physician.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on this platform are owned by Omnexa HealthTech or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnexa HealthTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed ₹10,000 or the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
