Our Vision for Indian Healthcare
To build India's Connected Healthcare Ecosystem, the connective layer between hospitals, blood banks, BPOs, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, donors, and doctors.
Our Vision
To build India's Connected Healthcare Ecosystem, an integrated network where hospitals, blood banks, BPOs, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, donors, and doctors collaborate through technology to close the coordination gaps that cost lives.
Our Mission
To eliminate avoidable healthcare delays across India by building a proactive, connected, and data-driven healthcare coordination ecosystem.
Why Connected Healthcare Matters
India's healthcare system has expanded significantly. Government insurance under Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY now reaches roughly 55 crore people, with nearly 12.7 crore hospital admissions authorised as of mid-2026 (Source: National Health Authority). But coverage on paper does not guarantee coordination on the ground.
Blood is a clear example. India's government-estimated annual requirement of 14.6 million units is roughly matched by national collection totals, yet significant regions remain what health researchers call "blood deserts", areas where timely transfusion is not reliably available, because supply exists nationally but does not move efficiently to where it is needed.
This is the gap Omnexa and BloodSphere are built to close: not creating healthcare capacity from scratch, but connecting the capacity that already exists.
- Hospitals, donors, and blood banks operate in isolated silos with no real-time visibility
- Blood requests are coordinated by phone calls even when every minute matters
- Workforce wellness programmes run as one-off events with no structured follow-up
- Emergency response is delayed by hours due to manual coordination overhead
- The growing burden of lifestyle diseases makes continuous preventive monitoring more important, not less
